RULES
When you use the air-conditioning system please keep the room windows and doors closed
All damages to Hotel property must be paid for.
The Hotel accepts no responsibility for loss of, or damage to, your private items.
If you have left any of your property at the hotel after check out we will hold in reception.
NO SMOKING in the hotel (smoking is only allowed in the restaurant balcony).
Fine for non-compliance 50,000 dram: no smoking, hookah, narghile, shisha in the rooms. Anyone found using in the rooms, will be asked to leave the hotel immediately and be charged the fine.
No loud noise, music/TV after 22:00.
No additional guests allowed in the room overnight.
SERVICES
General Services
Free Wi-fi, Аir conditioning, Hair Dryer, Parking, Luggage store, Use of Phone chargers.
Additional toiletries can be bought at reception.
Printer services available - small numbers of copies FREE.
Drinkable Tap water. Still water / mineral water can be bought 500 AMD.
Tours in Armenia are available - details can be discussed on request.
Room TVs are Smart, include Youtube, etc. TV channels are available only in the restaurant.
Taxi / Airport Transfers
A taxi can be arranged - charge depends on the distance. For the airport - it’s up to 5,000 dram.
Private airport transfer, from the airport to the hotel and back - 15,000 dram.
Check-in/ Check out / Bookings /Payments
Check-in 14:30 to 23:00; Check-out 11:00.
Early check-in and late check out is available if agreed in advance.
Check-in before 13:30 and after 23:30 costs 5,000 dram. Check-out after 11:00 costs 1,500 dram/ hour
Full payment for the room must be at check-in, either by cash or credit card.
In the case of out-of-hours check out the keys can be placed in the box in the hotel foyer.
The front door is locked at 00:00 midnight. Please inform in advnace if you plan to return late.
If you want to extend your stay for over 1 week we can offer a special discount; also an off-site flat can be offered.
Payment by Cash. In the case of a credit card payment, 10% will be added for additional services
Children below the age of 3 - Bed is FREE.
Dogs can be accepted at a special room for 10 - 15,000 AMD per day.
Restaurant / Room service
Breakfast from 8:00 - 11:30 for 3000 dram per person. Early, or late breakfast is available on request.
- Standard breakfast 1 - Omelette/fried eggs with ham&cheese, bread, sour cream, pancake, coffee/tea
- Standard breakfast 2 - Porridge with/without milk , bread, sour cream, pancake, coffee/tea
V.MOD lunch and dinner is 5,000 dram per person
-Option 1 - Soup of the day, side dishes (herbs, yoghurt, cheese, pickles, salad), lemonade, bread
-Option 2 - Spaghetti or rice or buckwheat or potatoes, chicken cutlet, side dishes (herbs, yoghurt, cheese, pickles, salad) lemonade, bread
Restaurant and Bar is available until 23:00.
Room Service is available at 2,000 dram delivery charge.
Cooking in the kitchen is available by exception and agreed in advance.
Laundry / Room cleaning
Routine room cleaning is every 4 days. For a cleaning of room upon request, please leave the keys of the room at the reception).
Laundry service is 3,000 AMD per lot. Ironing service is 2,000 AMD per lot.
Use of iron and board is FREE if you want to iron clothes yourself.
Outdoor facilities - sauna/ swimming pool / barbecue
Swimming pool (unheated) is available at 5,000 AMD per room per hour. Request in advance.
Sauna 10,000 AMD per room per hour. Request in advance.
Barbecue platform can be hired for 10,000 AMD per hour. Meat and vegetables can be
bought from our restaurant or "bring your own". Request in advance.
Request for party bookings for a range of services up to 15 people. Timing and price to
be discussed in advance.
